Terms of Service

Draft terms, last updated October 2026. "We" means SFH Studio. "You" means the client.

1. Services

We produce AI-generated video, imagery and creative direction as described in the package you purchase. Scope, quantity and turnaround are those listed for that package at the time of purchase.

2. Payment

One-time packages are paid in full before work starts. Monthly plans bill in advance and renew each month until cancelled; cancel any time before the next billing date. Rush and add-on fees are billed when ordered.

3. Revisions

Each package includes one revision round unless it says otherwise. Further revisions are quoted separately. Revisions refine delivered work; they don't replace the brief.

4. License and ownership

On payment, you receive a license to use the deliverables for organic use and for 90 days of paid-social use. Extended paid use, exclusivity and perpetual buyouts are available as add-ons. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing before delivery.

5. AI-generated content

Deliverables are created with AI tools. You are responsible for following the disclosure rules of any platform or jurisdiction where you publish. We will tell you which rules we are aware of for your placements. AI output cannot be guaranteed free of similarity to existing works, and we cannot guarantee that it is eligible for copyright protection.

6. Likeness and materials you provide

You confirm you have the rights to any product images, logos, text and references you send. We do not generate the likeness of a real person without their written consent, and we may decline requests that imitate real people, brands or artists.

7. Results

We do not guarantee advertising performance, sales or approval of ads by any platform.

8. Refunds

Because work is custom, fees are non-refundable once work has started. If we fail to deliver the scope you paid for, we will redo it or refund the undelivered portion.

9. Digital products and sessions

Prompt packs and recipes are digital goods for your own use and may not be resold or shared. They are non-refundable once delivered. Consulting sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice.

10. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the previous three months. We are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
